Ross Blake – Pretty en Rose

Mysterious and magical, Ross Blake’s delirious original soundtrack to Pretty en Rose is a delightfully mellifluous foray into the imagination. Conjuring up gorgeous visuals and poetic melodies, the London-based multi-disciplinary composer and film maker weaves a plethora of influences together to create a hallucinogenic and sumptuous musical tapestry. The soundtrack to a French documentary charting the career of French fashion designer Fifi Chachnil, you can hear the cinematic and expansive scope in every note. But it also stands alone as a largely instrumental and rich piece.
