Sarah Walk – Still Frames

Sarah Walk has a voice that ripples with charm whilst it oozes deep seated melancholy. Signed to little One Little Indian, and having spent much of last year in West London in preference for its weather over that in LA, she is back in London this year and launching her new album at a secret show. First single Still Frames is very much narrative driven, creeping along with grazing radiance interspersed with angsty passion as it chronicles the decay of a relationship.

In Sarah’s words ‘Certain times and places can spark specific memories and make things in the past so vivid it’s like you’re living them all over again. Still Frames is a song about those moments – specifically, this song reflects on what the subtleties of autumn remind me of and the emotions that come with it.’
